We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Rep to join our Supply Chain team on a full-time permanent basis.   Reporting to the Customer Service Manager. 

Job Description

  About the Role

  • Provides timely support to customers and dealers via email and phone in relation to price and 
    stock availability 
    • Provides first level technical support to customers or redirects to the appropriate technical 
    staff. 
    • Enters daily orders in an accurate and timely manner into the ERP (EPICOR). 
    • Assist with monitoring back orders to ensure they are released in a timely manner. 
    • Actively involved in resolving customer issues and complaints. 
    • Processes credit claims for retailers and enter RMAs into the ERP 
    • Assists customers/dealers and end users with courier tracking and consignment queries. 
    • Assists with general reception duties as required. 
    • Refers account application enquiries to the Credit department. 
    • Undertakes training in accordance with development and compliance programs 
    • Any other duties as directed.

About You

• 3+ years of practical industry experience in customer service role or similar 
• Outbound sales experience an advantage. 
• Knowledge of CB communications and maritime safety equipment or MATV is an advantage 

• Excellent data entry skills 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and get along with work colleagues. 
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines. 
• Proficient in using MS office products and ERP systems such as EPICOR
